I was just curious if anyone knew if a nice restaurant or what ever was planned for the site. Sorry I asked, after seeing some of the sarcastic responses.
Have a nice day♥️

They are talking about apts ,a resort style pool , walking path etc. What will this do but add to the already busy Morse Blvd traffic? Will the residents in the area be allowed use of the pool or just those that live in their apts?

The AAC meeting agenda is available and they will be discussing the agreement. It says the pool and other amenities will be open to all Villagers.

NONE of our business what they do with it !!!!
Well since the developer moved into Sumter county big time our taxes have gone up 25% with plans for even more tax increases hinted at. So yes it is our business.

So that means - there'll be parking and traffic for 300 residents of the apartments, PLUS parking and more traffic for anyone who chooses to enjoy those amenities, who don't live in the apartments.

Sounds like a cluster-you-know-what to me.

Really. Drive down to 466 and see the complex there and look at the parking lot and see how little activity there is coming and going. I am talking about the complex next to Bob Evans.

Doesn't look like anyone is fornicating anywhere in a cluster or a group or on a bandstand. Doesn't seem to be in an uproar. There are 300 units there.

Actually the developer has been here for many years. It was after you moved in that the taxes went up. Coincidence?

The amenities will be available to all residents just as they are at the lofts.
