My neighbor is having some hardscaping done on her front lawn. Today, before 7am, they start up their truck mounted cement mixer.

I was up already so it didnt bother me, but Im sure some neighbors were still asleep. The mixer was quite loud.

Just curiuos, what time can workers start up loud machinery in the morning?

The ordinance governing noise related to construction, landscaping, lawn care, etc., prohibits that activity between 9pm and 6am.
