When I was working, I had a 2 hour commute, so I would be up by 4:30. When I retired, I swore that I would never get up again @ 4:30 and I don't. I am now a night owl and go to bed around 4-4:30 and am up by 10. Life is good.

A night owl (usually down between midnight and 1:00 am) but still an early riser -- 5:30 am. I'm one of those lucky ones who seems to run on 4-5 hours sleep with catnaps (no more than 15 minutes, usually even less). Have been this way my entire life.

Hey JIMBO, I had to laugh. While we were there we got soo tired...you know...go, go, go ( we have to get it all in during our week stay of vacation there). We are younger than some on this board; but one day we had a 2 nap day!!!!hahahaha. Got up early golfed. Took nap. Went to pool ....napped ...then went to dance to with Scooter. I know that when you live there that you learn to pace yourself....but not us on vacation Ok I admit this is a hijack----back to when you get up .... |
