I know this is a little off topic but . . .

Does every resident receive a survey?
Purchased our home in Hillsborough in July. So far no survey in the mail.

street signs

[I SO agree with this suggestion. My husband is always noticing how hard the signs are to read. As you said....All they have to do is stagger the height. Doesn't take rocket science. I will definitely list this on my survey.

QUOTE=2BNTV;842499]I will put on the survey to stagger the height, of the street signs. Has anyone else noticed they are at the same height and almost impossible to see?

Driving at night makes it totally impossible to see a side street.

Whew!!! I feel better!!!!!!!!!

Hey, matter as well make them iridescent too.

Wait. I must be dreaming as this will invovle a large expenditure, and guess who won't agree. :([/QUOTE]

Yes, you should receive a letter that will give you two access codes--one for you and one for Mrs. Ugotme (that cracks me up every time you call her that). Ours just came Saturday.

I'm going to ask them to change the distance for the gate card access. If they make it a little further out, we wouldn't have to open our windows, just place the card on the glass. That can be done now on a few gates but would like them all to be able to do that. It will save a possible repair job from overuse.

I want a larger, more diversified playground for grandchildren. The only playground The Villages has is inadequate for the number of visiting little ones.

Now that there are so many more Villagers, how about when entertainment is booked at our venues, extra nights are added so more of us can buy tickets?

If you don't jump on that phone as soon as the list comes out, you're not going!

Have someone, who works for The Villages, remove saved seat items. This would just be before the entertainment begins. If you need to save a seat or two, stay with them! Also, add this to the announcements so this problem slows down. It really does look rude.
I saw several chairs roped off, yes, really roped off, hours before a show this week. When we looked around, over 3/4 of the chairs where "saved", most without a human, an hour before the show began. This can be stopped. And should be stopped before someone gets hurt in an altercation about seating.

Of course, I can remember very few of those things. Aside from indoor swimming pool and another dog park, what is on your wish list?

Or what would you like to see changed? Please be reasonable and don't turn this into a bashing of any one group.

EVERYONE WHO IS UPSET ABOUT THE SAVING OF CHAIRS "ANYWHERE" SHOULD BE ENTERING THIS ON THE SURVEY. PEOPLE WHO CONTINUALLY SAVE CHAIRS FOR HOURS NEED TO BE INFORMED THE PRACTICE IS OVER, DONE, ENDED........ WHEN ONE SAVES CHAIRS, SOME DEPARTMENT PERSONELL SHOULD BE THERE WHEN THEY ARRIVE AND GIVE THEM ONE LAST FINAL WARNING.:spoken::cus:

The gatekeepers on Bailey Trail need to sync the gate openings so both sides do NOT open at the same time. This golf cart crossing is becoming dangerous!

SEAT BELTS, SEAT BELTS, SEAT BELTS!

This is asked for every year........I'm sure TV would be glad to have a Costco here, but it's up to Costco, not TV's.

A problem with the gates should be reported now...............not on the survey.
