You can always take a picture of it on your cell phone of the offenders and sent it to the cops.

I didn't see the conclusion to the post the other day but isn't it illegal to take someone's picture?? Can you imagine going to the Police Station with the evidence?? I guess they would listen to you politely and let you go without charges for wasting their time. LOL.:bigbow: Should have been handled on the spot if it was so bad. If not let it go.

Someone stealing flowers could easily wind up on Facebook. There are many pictures that would need the subject's permission though.
