Costco has a good selection of frozen, organic fruit I use for smoothies and baking.
The salmon burgers are also great - I use my air fryer and they go from frozen to ready to eat in 14 minutes. Costco is also really good for vitamins and CoQ-10 - all Kirkland brand. I also buy my bagels from Costco. |

We've been Costco members for a long time. Went to the new one yesterday to check it out, even though we didn't really have anything on our "standard" shopping list. Two of the treasures we walked away with: A package of 6 rib eye steaks, each about 9 ounces, that were an in-store special for $15 off. Six nice looking steaks for $45. Also grabbed a few bottles of Bordeaux that were a very good buy...a 2022 St. Emilion Grand Cru at $15.99 each. I see a few very nice dinners in our future.

I eat a lot of fish/seafood. For me it's the Kirkland frozen talapia and red tail shrimp. The talapia is sourced from ACS certified farms, which is the highest rating you can get so you know it is good quality. The red tail shrimp is some of the best I have ever eaten.
Kirkland organic salsa (probably the best store-bought salsa anywhere) Kirkland large peanuts Kirkland's organic chicken beasts. Yesterday, the organic chicken was $5 off per package. Graza or Kirkland extra-virgin olive oil Artesian Romain lettuce Kirkland toilet paper, Kleenexes, and paper towels. Dave's white bread done right Isopure protein powder I've eaten the frozen salmon patties before, which are pretty good. This time I'm trying the Kirkland frozen sockeye salmon. I used to buy their two pack of chocolate and blueberry muffins and their blueberry lemon bread, both which are amazing, but I stopped buying them because I am cut that kind of stuff from my diet. |
Hearing aids and eye glasses. Both are great deals and quality.
Food wise, meat quality is fabulous. Never disappointed. Buy a lot of frozen stir fry vegetables, coffee, cases of their chopped tomatoes |

As for the meat at Costco, I only know this: I worked with a guy - a very serious and solid guy. His father-in-law was a meat purveyor. He told me that there are true differences in meat, Prime vs. Choice, 5-star vs 1-star, etc. He told me 5-star meat goes to white-linen table cloth dining establishments. 4-star goes to less so. 3-star goes to chains like Chili's and Applebee's and most grocery stores. 2-star goes to discount grocery stores (like Food4Less). 1-star goes to prisons and institutional customers. Then he said to me, "Do you know who else gets 5-star meat?" He then told me it was Costco that also got 5-star meat. In my experience, it is very high quality. I also have been going to Costco since it was a Price Club (before it was Price-Costco). |
