Default What is your internet speed?

I am paying for 200 Mbps and, to my surprise, I am getting 230. What are other people getting?

You can test it by going to Fast.com and it will tell you your speed.

It's not an exact number.
It fluctuates.
You're paying for "at least"..............but it will dip below 200.

74 mps and 11.9 upload.
Varies from day to day.
Never reaches the number stated in my plan.

Supposedly (?) the more gadgets one has wifi connected the bigger the drain on the system hence lower numbers.

Since everything and anything I do is at a satisfactory performance....it is not a big deal.

I just checked and I'm getting 70 MBPS. I usually get over 200 MBPS. Could be a lot of Christmas shopping slowing things down.

We had been paying for 400 from Xfinity but they recently upgraded us to 600 at no additional charge. Fast.com says I am currently getting 680.

Each website that offers those test, including the ones on cell phones
give all different readings.
I say if your happy with whatever speed your getting, is a good day.

And for those that are paying for those faster speeds, make sure the systems
you own can handle them, other wish is a waste of money.

Unless you are a heavy gamer, you probably do not need speeds more than 50-100mbps. For quality steaming most publications it receive state for 4K programs 25 mbps is sufficient. We have over 200 mbps. Comcast keeps upgrading us. When our current agreement is up I will probably go back down to a slower speed.

When you renew your contract, they will probably give you a discount to go faster, not slower. That is how I got up to 600.

Paying Xfinity for download speeds up to 300 Mbps and upload speeds up to 10 Mbps. I am wired to my router. Not using my Wi-Fi.

Getting 360 and 11.
