I just finished "The Quickie" by James Patterson Great reading!

I am an avid reader - love mysteries, truly enjoy Janet Evonovich as well as John Grisham, Danielle Steel, Sue Grafton , Nicholas Sparks , and Patricia Cornwell

I am a true Friend of the Library - always looking for a bargin in their little room at the Sumter County library.

One of the first things I did when we first moved to the Villages was get a lbrary card

I once described "The Hunt for Red October" as a man's book and took a lot of heat from the women at work. But I really believe there are some books which naturally appeal to one or the other sex. Every now and then, my wife will suggest something to me that she's read which she believes I might enjoy as well, i.e. "Shogun," "The Thorn Birds," come to mind.

Last week she suggested a book by David Baldacci, "Wish You Well" about life in the West Virginia Mountains in the 1940's. I thought this book was excellent even though I'm not a fan of David Baldacci. --George

I enjoy non fiction and love to read about the inner working of politics. I am just about finished with Prince of Darkness by Bob Novak and it is a good read !

There's a cool used book store outside TV, on 441 between 466 and 466A. They sell used at a fraction of new, and accept books for store credit. Nice people and they have a great selection.

By the way, I'm reading Fermat's Enigma, again.

It is an interesting, enlightening and well written book on mathematics, at which I happen to stink.

It is written by Simon Singh, about
"The epic quest to solve the world's greatest mathmatical problem."
