I have never seen a roach in the 3 yrs we’ve been in TV. Deans takes care of that for us.

Every time I find a dead cockroach, usually they're in the garage, it is on its back. So I wonder, the last thing it did before dieing was to flip over? Weird... I tell my wife the cockroach and ladybug are in the same family. It doesn't help...

It was probably a family pool. Baby! No one there because of fecal contamination. We had that happen up North inn a public pool.

Claustrophobia....hate elevators. If one ever got stuck I'd have a heart attack. Once walked down 9 flights of stairs because the elevator got so crowded on way down.https://giphy.com/gifs/animated-gif-...fb6CvKk7gnsFoY

Yep, and not because I not a very good swimmer, but because
I get the feeling of entering other people's bath water,
YUCK.

I guess I'm just not a water person.

What's yours?

I love to swim and if I had a phobia about it, I would imagine that it involved some sort of childhood adverse experience - and I would definitely want to see professional therapy. There IS nothing to be ashamed of. We here in the US are very reluctant to seek help, but I see it as improvement just like if you go for a golfing lesson. You just go and get a mind-tweak. I, personally, like the idea of HYPNOSIS. Incidentally, when I was a teen, I read a book on hypnosis. and I have to admit that I got some volunteers (bribed with beer) and when one had been hypnotized before at a demonstration, I was able to put them under myself. I finally decided that it was too dangerous for an amateur, like myself, to try to do. So, I forgot about it and NEVER tried again. Maybe, I should have gone to medical school........oh well maybe NEXT LIFETIME.

Also, dogs get ticks if you walk them in the woods. If they get near their ear, the dog cannot bite and kill them. Consequently, the dog's master must remove them and if not detected early, the tick swells up to about the size of a marble. Removing them is gross and for the master and painful for the dog. But, they are "man's best friend" and can be trained to be much quieter than a WIFE. And for the tick-in-ear removal, you are THEIR best friend.

I watched people go into the Southside Hot Tub when there was brown & white foam on the top and all over the place and it wasn't a bubble bath. It was a mixture of human stew. I kept my mouth shut and never went back. Our friends loved going in that damn hot tub and they were way too smart to listen to advice so I clammed up.

My only Phobias are Snakes which have lessened since we moved to Florida and now I've learned a bit about them. The worst thing for me is Flying, that's an OFFICAL no go. Never for any reason, case closed! :ohdear:

That white foam is really ONLY suntan oil or prevention. It LOOKS more gross than it actually is. There was a man there that used to shave in the public hot tub, now THAT was pushing the envelope of GROSS. I think that someone told him to REFRAIN from that B AD habit.
........But, anyway, the tub has a chlorine-like anti-bacterial solution in it. And some really GREAT conversations happen in the tub. And some REALLY boring ones also.

Phobia

Mine would be flying(hands down) I don't like the fact of two people having my life in their hands. We moved to Panama City FL from MN,and when we did I went out and bought a Ford Focus ZX5 with 60k on it just to drive back and forth from FL to MN. otherwise it sits in the driveway. Also my wifes constant shopping!!

My greatest Phobia is that this incredible inflation is going to get worse .

Unnecessary, vindictive sounding, and misogynistic. Also, not empathetic as if the previous statement was NOT enough.

I can’t stay above 5th floor of a hotel, or drive over a bridge, rock climb, roller coasters, or anything to do with heights. Flying is something I can do, and traveled extensively for work, but I never look out the window, and don’t feel comfortable until plane has reached altitude.

Too bad. That seems QUITE difficult to deal with!
