No. When the postal station is officially being serviced, you receive a call from the sales office to pick it up.

I hope you did not get used to having mail delivered to your home this I think does not occur in the village's, I think. Tell me if I am wrong.

I became a CDS for the PO as something to do when we were building my home. The correct answer is the local postal station is supposed to open when 50% of the homes in a new village have closed. However the postmaster just does what she feels like. Many seasoned CDS carriers are giving up their contracts because of the way they are treated.
