We had our patio villa done today. $45 to do the villa, and $10 extra to have the sidewalk and patio done with a special scrubber. WOW! What a difference in the concrete!!!

Richard King does an excellent job. He uses a bleach mix, which is needed to kill mildew. He did our home and lanai for $45. He was personable, knowledgable and right on time. The home, lanai and windows looked fabulous when he was done. 352-408-2094.

Having it done again this Monday.
Good post above. You absolutely do not POWER WASH your vinal siding. Low pressure cleaning solvent followed by rinse from city water (hose) pressure. NOT high pressure from a power washer. Simple, do it yourself.

When I have mine washed I schedule it just before the bug treatment.
