My mom always did!! Such an exciting time!!

My husband's mother had a two-piece mold that made a bunny cake. You put the two pieces of cake together to form a standing bunny, then frosted it and sprinkled with coconut.

I always made the one of a bunny face with ears and a bow tie. The kids went wild for it every year! Every Easter I am now asked if I will make it again.
