I doubt there are enough survivalists in TV to buy a couple of pallets worth of Spam, so somebody else must be buying.

Also , I'm guessing most survivalists are going for dried and canned beans, not Spam.

And you are apparently quick to judge before hearing facts. The entire incident sounds very similar to someone with dementia/alzheimers. So go ahead and judge away, but I hope and pray this doesn't happen with you or someone you love.

If he was arrested and charged, the police and the judge who set bail, must have thought that he committed a crime. They have more facts than anyone posting on this thread.

No, your right , he was just a jerk.

Look for his lawyer to argue some sort of impairment, ASA should then respond if that is the case his DL should be revoked

My mother has Alzheimer's or some kind of dementia. Years ago we had a Filipina homecare worker. I had purchased a Tagalog dictionary to dabble in a new language. Tagalog language - Wikipedia Tagalog language - Wikipedia

I had had it and maybe ten other thin books on a chair in one of the bedrooms I used as a computer room. I had gone in one morning to use the computer and reached for the Tagalog dictionary to look something up and discovered that it and the other books were all wet.

I have a small pooch but I figured he could not have got anywhere near that height and I had not had an angry girlfriend in a good while.

But my mother could get around the house still pretty good. Not so well now though as was in the year 2021.

She has done this on other places. I have learned not to sit down or lie down anywhere without feeling if it going to be dry.

The Filipina lady was amused by this when I told her probably because my pronunciation left a lot to be desired. She had an Alzheimer's patient who would eat anything within reach even things in her front yard so she had to keep a very wary eye on the lady she was watching.

We always buy the oldest expiration dates and have for well over a half century - sometimes we get what might be unsafe but it’s very rare -
We learned to love bananas near liquid.
We also love Florida in the summer ( less crowded for biking, shorter lines, and businesses are friendlier)and rarely use climate control unless guests and tenants want it. Personal comfort zones for those in the right mindset are adjustable.
You can hibernate in your AC car, home, and stores but ya gotta go outside eventually dontcha?
As my dad used to say when he lived outside the lines…..
“So Sue Me!”

I wonder why they threw the food out? They were canned items and I understand not selling them, but maybe they could've donated to a food bank?

Donate it to a food bank? No way. Can you imagine the bad publicity Sam's Club would get from doing that? It would be a top national news story that would cost them millions.

I agree, but I'll bet you a dollar that he won't.

Yes that will help this man with potential mental health issues get better.

Why? Because people are not held accountable for their actions. The media is quick to report that someone was arrested, but they rarely report on the final result when they go to court. In this case, the guy caused $10,000 in damage, but he was released on a bond of $3,000. Go figure.

I agree!!! Exactly what I'm thinking
