I bought in Liberty Park three years ago. As I drove up the hill on Buena Vista to look at the partially completed house, I noticed this bldg on the left. It had a sign in front that said "Water Treatment Facility." The sales rep said "That's the water treatment facility."
So, yeah, I guess I knew it was there when I bought. And in getting to know the neighbors as we all moved in, not one person expressed shock that the plant was there. Everybody knew. On the otherhand, the first time the air was especially ripe, a few did express dismay about the aroma.
And by the by, it's not the only such facility in the area. I think there's a treatment plant close to #8 on Hemingway and I'm sure there are others.
