We don't open our windows that often, but when I opened our bedroom window the black felt weatherstripping came out of the side. So I checked several others and two more had the same problem. I called T&D who did our installation and they want $75.00 just to come out and look. Has anyone else had that problem? And if so what did you do to fix it?
