If you enter "dachshund rocking horse" into Google, you will get a lot of results, but in the first four, I found them lists for $19.99 to $28.

villagetinker, I think the ones you are seeing are for decoration like to sit on a table. The one she is wanting is for a child to ride on.

OK, I did not go to any of the sites, just offered for info. That Google search did show the exact same photo you posted, so I assumed these were what you were looking for.

The woodworking shop is on Rolling acres road, about halfway between 441 and 466, if you are going North (466 to 441), it is on the left, beyond the driving range. I would go there with your photo, and ask at the desk. I am sure they have a list of available woodworkers.
