Default Home prices

Hi all: My wife and I will be coming to buy in TV as soon as our home in N.J. is sold. With the help of St. Joseph I hope it will be sooner rather than later. I recently read a thread that indicated the new homes in TV's and settlement cost could be negotiated. Does anyone have any info that could help?

How can some negotiate the price on a new homes in TV.

Also they have reduced their building of units not as many as they have built in the past and now TV are offering lower prices.

Any suggestions such as buy used then move up and into a new unit ?

Appreciate any information as we will be back in October.

I noticed that one Real Estate other than TV has over 400 homes listed. Is their a reason so many used units on the market ?

Darby, add us to your chain. The house has been on the market for 6 months so far. Thanks. We could use all the help we can get.

Darbyduff,

Going to Ohio and bury St Joe Saturday. To date have not had one offer. Will keep you informed. For that matter everyone will hear us when we sell no matter their location. ;D Keep the prayers coming.

Steve
