New charges
$296.23

Statement total:
$29623
That includes ultimate TV (not very ultimate)
1000g speed
and home phone
If I went to choice + 500mbs and something like YT TV I'd still be in the mid $200
Advice please

I got an email explaining the price increase. I would look around.

Why a home phone?? That’s was waste right there. Call them and ask for a discount. Tell them it’s too much. That works a lot of the time.

Wow, couple of thoughts, unless you are doing multiple zoom calls from several devices you probably don't need 1000mbs, I have 500 and I am a power user. Second if you do into the store they will always find a way to "offer " you a better deal. My wife goes in every 6 months and complains and they always find some "deal" to lower the cost. In fact she did this just this morning and they lowered it $50 a month...there is always some BS program they have to lower your cost...the whole industy is a scam. You have to fight it.

What village do you live in? This will help us to determine if you have other choices for internet service.

Spectrum Internet $30

I switch to Spectrum and got 500Mbps for $30, if you need a router it's just $10 more. They also have 1gig for $50. I signed up with their local sales rep. He came to my home and explained everything to me, plus he came after the installation and made sure everything was working properly.
His name is Lysander Jimenez and he is a local door to door. He has exclusive door to door offers not available online. His direct number is 352-239-3538.

I don't care if he offers to buy me a round-trip first-class ticket home for a proper white clam pizza at The Modern, I wouldn't sign up for anything from a door-to-door salesperson.

Spectrum, it will cut your bill in half.

Xfinity contract agreement does not eliminate the usual twice Yearly price increases

I have exactly the same Xfinity package, with 2 cable boxes. My monthly bill is $246. It sounds like you are not benefitting from a one or two year agreement where you would get a contract discount.

You can have all the one or two year agreements that you want that does not preclude at least twice yearly price increases for their services and rentals.

what speed are you at please? thank you

Base speed is all 99% of us need. Otherwise you are wasting $$$. I stream to 2 tv’s, 2 iPads & 2 iPhones at the same time. No delays to any of them.

Not exactly. Their price for the basic services that Xfinity provides cannot increase, but there are certain items that are not controlled by Xfinity, such as taxes, regional fees, etc, that can increase. These items are identified in the contract.

They are biggest rip off company anywhere. Just try to cancel. Never auto bill with them or prices always go up. STREAM it!

1) HP on Google says Low ink is detected by the printer firmware and cartridge.
2) And how often do you print from remote location WHILE competing with streaming etc. at home? OR at all ever? Few users find this of any value.

Check the streaming package Apollo group.tv for $150 a year subscription. Just pay for Internet. The only problem is they require bitcoin to buy in.

I wouldn't buy it because the legality is questionable at best. I can afford to use totally legal providers.

The real problem is the service is illegal as it is stealing content. They require bitcoin because the transactions are untraceable and helps both the provider and the customer hide from authorities.
