You were in control of listening to it, or not. Why complain about something you control? You stop your cart for one minute, allowing the dog cart to get out of sight, then you continue on. It’s not rocket science.

Good point! Then they wouldn’t have to commet. Where we live now , they would get cursed out, I found that out real quick, so I don’t comment on our website anymore plus they don’t ban people who curses at them. Actually I miss TV.

Not true. My dog doesn’t bark constantly in the cart, but she will bark and she is the happiest dog in the world when she is in a golf cart. She LOVES riding in a golf cart more than anything.

About 20 years ago while I was shopping in Publix (SE FL) a boy about 7 years old, with his mother was bouncing one of those big plastic bouncy balls. His mother told him to stop. He didn't and she never said another word to him. Then the ball bounced onto the eggs and knocked over a bunch of eggs breaking a lot of them on the floor. It was a mess. A store manager came out to see what happened and the mother just continued on shopping with her son as if nothing happened and never even apologized.

I agree. I can't respect ANY owner that allows their dog to keep yapping. It is the fault of the owner, not the dog.

Not sure I am qualified to judge the mental state of either...but it is a basic respect/courtesy issue. No one is asking that a dog not be a dog (ie; barking when someone nears their property, sees another animal etc), but when it goes on without an end in sight....that’s an owner being selfish and ignorant. Plain and simple. There are some that are meant to have kids and animals and some that are not.

It wasn't intended to be humorous right up until the OP realized that there was not the support for the post that was expected. Happens all the time here. People make a post thinking that they will get a ton of "I agree" replies. When they don't, they backtrack and say they were joking.
Which begs the question, why are people looking for "likes" from total strangers on a message board? It is a popular past time for half a dozen posters here, given some of the post counts.
