Default Are You Allowed? & Yoga

Hi All - wondering if anyone knows the rules & regs and if it would be allowed to put a window in where none exists now. There is a little place suitable in my kitchen where one could be built (by taking out a cabinet) which is by the front door - not on the blind side.
Also, are there any folk out there who go to yoga? If so, when and where. I was told about one on Wednesday afternoon at Laurel Manor, but can't seem to find it in the Rec Guide.
Thanks for any info

It's always best to check with the Village's 'Architectural Committee.'

Pea,

The project you mentioned would probably require a building permit, but, as Midge suggests, just to even see if it's feasible, contact the Deed Compliance Office. Once they give you some verbal assurance that it could be approved, then proceed with finding a contractor. Many of the local contractors are very tuned in to the Villages Architectural Review process and will file the paperwork for you. But, do make sure the Arch Review is done and approved before you proceed.
