So far so good for us - one car, one golf cart; sold 1 car before we moved here.. I work in TV and no issues yet!

I get the car and he gets the cart!

If neither of you have to work. You should do fine with one car one golf cart. Nearly all my neighbors have only one of each. A second car is a pain to deal with.
