2nd generation villager here
Just wanted to say hi and glad I found TOTV. My parents moved up here from Kissimmee about 20 years ago and my fiance and I have been here almost 4 years now.

Another welcome to you Jim! Interesting -- I wonder how many people are second generation TV residents? I bet in coming years there will be more as younger baby boomers and those born after the baby boom may be following their parents to TV.

Two of my adult kids came down in July when we were looking for a house. They loved it...have something to look forward to when they "get older"! Also now realize why we are moving to TV!

Welcome Jim!
My two brothers and I are all TV 2nd generation kids. Our mother, step father, step uncle and step aunt all live(d) in TV from the mid 80's. Our paternal grandmother and grandfather had a home in Bradenton and our maternal grandfather lived in Lake Worth. That would make us the third generation to retire to Florida. .
