Very nice - we came close to buying one of those houses on the pond, but wound up getting one a little farther down the street. We'll have to look them up after they move in.

Welcome Dude.............we were the last Premier purchased that could customize (not a spec)............came in without cable, without TV....thank God for cocktail hour. Doing some talking with the wifey.....the good thing, there are golf courses.

And we're in!

POD is emptied, some furniture delivered, and last night we spent our first night in the new place. It's now a home, not just a house...

Thanks to Anthony Filone (our sales rep) and Jimmy Cichielo (our builder) for making this experience well-organized and painless. Good people.

Now it's time to investigate the nooks and crannies of the TV area.
