Default Be there shortly...

My wife and I- spent 3 days last week looking at homes both new and old and also lots South of 466A. We enjoyed everything we saw and we took in everything. We went on the trolly and visited rec centers etc. We are comming back on Sunday and will stay the week probably buying a house. We still have our house in the Atlanta area for sale but can afford to go ahead and buy. I have never seen my wife so excited about a place as TV. We are using both a sales person from TV and also an outside agent to look at resales.I would like any suggestions you can offer. Where can I rent a golf cart for the 4th? Can I play one of the golf courses as a guest with someone?

Time for change. Many people recommend Grandpa and Grandma's or Jim Followell for golf cart rentals. The championship golf courses are open to the public.

Jim Followell is now J and J carts. You shouldn't have a problem getting a cart this time of year. You can play a country club course simply by calling for a tee time and plunking down the non-resident greens fee. You can play an executive course if you know someone you can play with and getting a guest pass. The exec will cost ten dollars plus 3.50 for the trail fee if you ride.

Grandpa & Grandma's 352-552-8478

J and J (referenced in a couple of other threads as the Cart Farm) 352-259-9701

And if you see references to H 'n' H Carts..........they've closed down their business (per a TV neighbor of ours who was an employee of theirs).
