Another vote for BH, great service. Tv, phone and wireless internet since April.

We've been Xfinity Comcast customers since we closed on our home Feb 2012. I was excited to see the dark fiber ran to our home and I waited for the day I'd get the knock on the door. "we're here to light the fiber"
That day came last Wednesday. I'm having Century Link Prism Fiber service installed August 1st. Comcast has nice products but are lacking in the High definition department. We only, exclusively watch HD programming. Comcast only offers 1 (one) HD premium channel for HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, etc. Prism fiber offers them all in HD, 5 or more each. I'm told they deliver HD content in 1080p. That's twice the resolution of Comcast and satellite TV. We'll see how it goes. If it works out I'll return the Comcast boxes. If not, at least I'll know for sure... |
Comcast has horrible customer service - but there isn't a lot of choice.

Yes, my Century Link Prism service was installed on Thursday. Install went great but I'll reserve judgment on the products for a week or so. Initial impressions are positive :-)

Have had the comcast bundle for 7 years and could not be happier.

we had comcast pulled out of our home after 30 days. the customer service cannot even be called customer service......it s a dis-service. we now have century link and are pleased so far. the only downside is that the quality of HD with Comcast is vastly superior to Century Link. The high definition is awesome, way better than anything else we have ever seen. and Comcast does have their huge (and free) library of 'on demand' offerings.

Brighthouse just dropped (lost?) Showtime, so if you're a Dexter fan, don't go with Brighthouse!
