How right you are, just go on any cruise ship..............it's UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!

Sorry i missed this post,................. but just being overweight, is NOT obese. Are all these people at the poverty levels in their countries? The USA and all the government handouts just keep the citizens sitting on their fat a$$e$ and collecting their monthly checks.Any wonder why we are one of the riches and most unhealthy countries in the world.?????

I too am in favor of smaller portions and better quality!

I read an interesting suggestion recently, and I apologize that I don't remember if it was on TOTV or somewhere else. The suggestion was to ask for a to-go box when your server brings the food instead of after the meal. Put half the meal in the to-go box before you start eating. That way, you won't be tempted to keep eating more than you really want just because the food is on your plate.

I haven't done this, and must admit I would feel arkward doing it. But, it does seem like a good idea. (I would gladly share a meal with my hubby, but he wouldn't gladly share one with me. :sigh: He can eat much more than I and not gain weight. :sigh:)
