Victoria at Victoria Hair in Santa Fe Crossing told me 300 CYV's.

Sooo is this a different, outside-of-The-Villages site...being built to blend in, sort of like Lakeside Landing? Or is it a Villages-built construction site??

Part of TV, open the map referenced earlier in this post and you can see it - District 9, Phase 1.

The sign at the construction site says Retail Sites for Lease.

Todays POA newspaper states 390 new homes being built on Rt466 E/O Morse Blvd. opposite Santa Fe center.

It also says they are TV homes.

Now it appears that there will be two villages, a villa section called The Villas at Hacienda Hills (probably upscale like the bungalows next to the Waterfront Inn) and a premier neighborhood called Bridgeport at Mission Hills. They will be part of District 9, which is mostly the new area south of 466A.

Do you know which one will be located closer to the corner of Morse and 466?
