I bought a cottage home called a Seabreeze. The only thing I changed was I added a golf car garage. My sales person told me I could add extensions on the front of the house and various upgrades like kitchen cabinets, tile flooring, tile showers and various other higher end amenities. I kept it plain and simple, I can always add the granite later. Oh, I also upgraded to stainless appliances.

Thanks - we are thinking Hammock with extended lanai and garage. I will do stainless too and maybe lots of tile, depending on color choices! I love the front porch - want to meet everyone! Where are you in TV - we have no idea what will be available when we sell here so trying to get familiar with it all, at least the newer areas.

I too looked at a Hammock, nice choice but I went with the Seabreeze, felt like a better fit for me. Just be aware that all that extra nice stuff comes at a significant cost. If your cool with that I say go for it. I am in the new village of Sannibel. Hope to meet you when you get to the Villages.
