Can someone please expain the difference between the Providence and Captiva Court Yard Villas. Thanks!

Is the Captiva a new floorplan? I couldn't find it in the New Home Gallery.

I saw a Captiva model in the courtyard villas available for sale a week or so ago, but didn't check its floor plan. Now I noticed that it isn't listed with all of the other courtyard villas. What's up with that? We have an appointment with our TV agent on Sunday, and I'll ask.

There are two Captivas in Cottonwood Villas but they have both been sold.

We also inquired about the Captiva model when we noticed it had a 2 car garage. There was never a floor plan on TV site, but our sales rep. told us it was the same model as the Seabreeze Cottage, but in a CYV. In looking at the Providence floor plan, it is also basically the same as the Seabreeze. Probably the only difference is the style on the outside...the Captiva was listed as a Keys CVY and the Providence is a Cabana CVY.

Has construction started on any of the Providence models? Where? Any new Bungalow CYV's started?
