Right after signing on the bottom line and being handed the keys to our new home.

How is it that with in a few hours someone is knocking on your door with welcome gifts.
Plus a line of various companies offing their services in the days to follow.

How do they know

Is their an inside connection with the closing dept?

Contractors watch the cleaning crews get a house ready and look for a moving van.

I got an email last week telling me I was in the "Will" of the recently deceased Saudi King Abdullah. Wonder how much I'll get.
