Do electric cat fences work? Anyone ever use one?

Knowing cats as I do, I doubt such a thing would work!

I've never heard of such a thing, either!

It's important to remember, too, that there are predatory birds hereabouts for whom a kitty might be a tasty snack!

We live in a CYV and have a cat who enjoys going out at night to "survey the property". The wall is too big for him to jump over and he gets his "outside fix" so everyone is happy!
