• Play is over at dusk. Dusk is defined as 30 minutes after sunset
The last tee time you can book is usually 7:00. Ranger leaves 15 minutes later.

Sunset today was 8:35 - so, by definition, YES, you can plat from 7:08 to 9:05

You can walk any course as long as you keep up the expected pace of play.

So to sum it all up:

No, you are not *allowed* to walk the course after the course is closed.

Yes, you "can" walk it, but you risk being kicked off, because you're not "allowed."

Being permitted, and being capable of doing something, are two different things.

It also has nothing to do with whether or not you paid trail fees. Trail fees cover your golf cart, not your feet.

HE'S NOT TALKING ABOUT WALKING ON THE COURSE. READ above statements.
He wants to know if he can play after the last tee time.
I've been on the course lots of times and had to use headlights on the last hole.
PLUSSSS, They have night golf on some courses. Is that trespassing?

After last tee time

Many times I have reserved the "last tee time" on an executive course only to play through 2 - 3 holes and look back and lo and behold there are 1, 2 , or more parties teeing up and playing and then they look at you when they catch up and 'what's the holdup"?!?!

I guess the answer to that question would be highly dependent on whether you were waiting on the group ahead of you or had 3 holes open

Trail fees are for carts not walkers
The definitive answer is NO. If you are on the golf course after dark you are by law trespassing and if someone feels like enforcing it can call the police/sheriff.

Yes I'm sure the police/sheriff will get right on that! Because you know....they have nothing else to do than chase Villagers on the golf courses.....

Are you speaking from you vast WEEKS of experience here on TOTV and probably in TV???

I believe that in most jurisdictions, the law enforcement agency must respond to calls. And they are not "chasing Villagers on the golf courses", they are responding to a call regarding trespassing.

Just go to the golf course and ask the Ambassador. There might still be time to play after the last tee time and before it gets dark. If you can't finish 9 holes before dark, then just leave. I'm talking about just executive courses.

If you paid you’re trail fees at starter shack course still open? Now if you talking about yearly trail fee? Then no, the course considered closed. Key word “ considered”
