Well I think I Avetard correctly. And that's funny mac9 I liveoff Greentree. My yard is part of bells lake.its has gotten bad down here with the young punks.
Question. Do you have to be 55 to live in the villages? |

Curious? Are there many dinner parties held in the villages. And are there any chefs living there? Sorry for all the questions. I've had alot of reviews but not alolike t of info.I'm a sponge.

I'm no expert, but it seems to me that there would be a lot of interest in a private caterer. TV is a party place with neighborhood and block parties along with parties for every conceiveable holiday, so seems there would be demand if your service, quality, and price were in line. Advertising on TOTV would prolly be a sound business decision. As far as being under 55, that should pose no problem as I don't think the 20% threshold is close to being met. There are also a few family villages if you have kids (Spring Arbor, Bison Valley, Oak Meadows......)

A thought or two. The Villages is certainly a partying place. But, there are so many "free" events going on that there very well may be obstacles to establishing your catering business. My guess would be that you should concentrate on small events: such as a couple inviting a half-dozen or so neighbors in. I personally host one special event, a Xmas Eve dinner. I do all the work and clean-up, because it's family. However, I'd be glad to have someone else do the "grunt" work! There are, of course, many events where more folks are expected and where more folks may want a small cut of the proceeds! These will undoubtedly require deeper research. Do not be afraid to ask questions, even greatly detailed ones, here on TOTV! You will find some one ready, willing and able to give you a well-thought-out and cautiously optimistic on-line answer!
