Default Help with buying granite counter tops

Moving in the end of Jan and want to replace kitchen counters with granite. Any thoughts about who to buy them from or who not to. Did my home last year with Home Depot without problems but little to select from. Have used Lowes before for other projects and it has been a nightmare. Help!

We used Duncan Stone who've since become an advertiser here. I can't say enough good things about them. It is a small family business and Ty Duncan is great to work with as are the others. Their stone yard is in Tavares where they have tons to choose from. We have been so pleased with them that they are doing our bathroom too. Oh, yeah, their prices are good too.

Default Granite

We used All-star, low-price guarantee, found another supplier with lower quote, All-star was good on guarantee, gave us an additional $100 off...My only recommendation, don't go with black, very difficult to see what needs to be cleaned...It's beautiful thou, good contrast with maple cabinets...We checked with all local suppliers and you should also, you will find the perfect granite for you....

We just had Home Depot replace our counter tops with quartz. Very happy with the process.

Another vote for Ty Duncan. Did our entire home, kitchen and baths. Would recommend and use again. Link to pictures.

My mom replaced her laminate countertops with granite from Wildwood Kitchen and Bath. Looks great.
