They were there yesterday working on the road. I think few issues in play when they work on it or on hold for a reason.

I asked her for an update today, so she is probably busy working on it.

The Villages would have completed that boondoggle within 2 weeks.

Hope it does not interfere with her mid morning nap.

Winter, you want winter go to Chicago or New York this should have been done already.

Here is the update she sent to me today.

"Currently active work for this job includes paving operations and storm drainage installations within the project limits.
The project limits are from Lake Ella Road to Avenida Central; I drove by the site a couple days ago and witnessed paving operations being done.
This project is estimated to be completed Fall of 2023.

Chicago is horrible for construction projects. Always late for completion, sometimes by years, always over budget because certain people have to get their cut of the project. Then they use inferior quality material so it has to be redone well before it’s life expectancy. But at least the politicians get their kick back
