We close on our home in May and we wont move in for a few months. How do we reach the community watch?

I used the Empty Nest program last summer and was very disappointed with their service. In their brochure they state they visit every 7 to 10 days. Some times it was 14 and 15 days between visits. I called them to complain and was told it is their busy season and they "strive" for 7 to 10 days. I have a 3 bathroom house and the middle bathroom the water was brown so they never even walked into that room. I was on a phone call with my neighbor across the street when coincidentally they arrived and were in and out of my house in 90 seconds. Never walked around the house or could not have time to do the checks they said they do like checking the sprinkler system or run the dishwasher. And they still charged me $105 a month.

I could go on and on but I installed Ring cameras and my neighbor is now going to check on my house.

We go down for a week here and there for vacation. A friend has a key but he doesn’t check on it.

Suggest a WI-FI thermostat…. Check & control your temp and humidity levels ….
