Hope you sell fast. We officially put ours on the market one week ago yesterday. We've had two showings so far and hoping for the best. Do you have an idea where in the Villages you will settle?

Jim

Best of luck! We accepted an offer last week on our home, but we still have to get through the bank appraisal. Anyone that has gone through trying to sell a home has empathy with what you are going through. Best of luck and keep us updated.

Have been on the internet everyday and working with a realtor, we would like to be by a pool and mail box. We rented last year in Liberety and loved that area.... Good luck selling your home.

Definitely hang with the process. We figured at least 6 months to sell, listed 3/11, and had a contract before the first open house on 3/19. You want to talk about scramble time!! Came to TV on 3/29, my wife bought me an at ease for my birthday, and I am now comfortably ensconced in my dining nook, with a laptop, a cat, and a glass of iced tea. It really can happen. Good Luck!!

Being near a pool and mail box might or might not mean heavier traffic. Just have that in mind and appraise the possibility when the time comes. Good luck on the sale of your home!

To all of you trying to sell I wish you good luck. I will be in your shoes one day.

Mr. Mulligan and cat, enjoy your new home! How does the cat take his/her iced tea?
