BUT if you read some of the comparable valuations by Trulia, Realtor, and Zillow on Fish Camp Road, not surprising.

If you go by the actual sales, which would be comparables, the price I gave as $599K seems right. The home in question is 1033 Cottage Drive last sold March 2012 for $419K and is 1815 sq ft.

The last home to sell on Cottage Drive was right next door, 1025 sold March of 2015 for $510K. The highest seller was 1046 Cottage which sold March of 2015 for $630K, however it is across the street and homes on that side are bigger. That home is 2330 square feet. The last home to sell was at 1022 Cottage, it sold May of 2016 for $600K, but it is 1970 sq ft and you can see it's photo below, it is massive on the outside compared to 1033.

These are the latest sales on Cottage Drive, date and price:
  • 997 Cottage Dr Oct/2012 $419K
  • 1011 Cottage Dr Dec/2013 $467K
  • 1019 Cottage Dr Feb/2014 $457K
  • 1025 Cottage Dr Mar/2015 $510K

I've always had an interest in Real Estate and home design. I passed the Georgia Real Estate Exam in 1982 and published Homes & Land Magazine of Savannah. I also passed the Florida Real Estate Exam in 1989 and sold real estate in Hernando Country. I also acted as general contractor on two homes that I designed and built in Pensacola, Florida in 1978 and 1980.
