Default Lawn care/pest control suggestions?

We are moving to the villages this month and would like recommendations for lawn care/pest control. Who is good? Who do we avoid?
Thanks

I recently switched to Massey for all services. They are more expensive than others, but very reliable.

We went with Deans as they were the ones who worked on the house while being built. For the most part we go with whoever did the original install for electric, plumbing, HVAC etc.

My realtor said to temporarily go with Deans until I move in October and then get a longer term company.

Deans is very reliable, and have had them for two years, if you haven't moved in yet, don't make that decision a high priority until settled and you understand your new environment, not matter how well you think you plan in advance or want to have control over your domain. . . The house is rented, and the price hasn't gone up in two years, of which i am aware. . .

just my opinion and YMMV
