You can try Chad's lawn service, they offer Alacarte services, so you can get just mowing.

The Villages is a very large community. You might get better input if you provide a hint as to approximate location from nearby neighbors.

North , South, Central, as your location will limit the recommendations…also see what your year-round neighbors use, those are the Trustworthy lawn maintenance people

I wanted to just start with lawn mowing ... are all these other services ... fertization, irrigation system checking, pest control ... really needed ?
