You do need two agents as The Village real estate company does not cooperate with the multiple list association. To see new and pre-owned listings that are for sale by The Villages you will need a Village agent and to see pre-owned properties listed by all other Realtor's you will need a non Village agent.

Unless they change the rates are $100 a night in summer, $125 fall, $150 winter
