My wife and I are flying down to TV from Ma.on sunday hopefully to buy a pre-owned in Poinciana that we have been looking at on the internet hopefully it will be still for sale and it is as nice as it all looks on our computer screen..We were at TV in October and loved what we experenced in the Life Style.TV here we come.

Thanks to those of you who participate on this forum, once again I learned something new. Our TV sales rep responded today that we are in Buttonwood and not, as he thought, in Pennecamp. No big deal. In my mind, I've now owned property in both Pennecamp and Buttonwood

We are looking forward to meeting our new neighbors. We close on 1/11 by mail, but I expect to be in TV from 1/11 to 1/23 trying to get things ready. My wife and I will be back in February. My wife will be retiring next summer and then the two of us will look forward to spending time in our home in TV.
