Default New home! Recommendation for electrician, gutters & leaders and water system

Hello all,

My wife and I are closing on a new home in Cason Hammock at the end of January and we are thrilled. I need recommendations for an electrician, a leader and gutter service and a whole house water system. Any help would be truly appreciated. Thank you all in advance.

We went with M and M Services for gutters. Excellent, zero drama, easy communication (via text)..

Nova is great for water treatment, we used the electrician that wired our house- their name will be on the electric panel and our house came with gutter. Finally not sure what a leader is for or what they do.

Don't let Pegasus overcharge. People have paid from $1800 to $3500 for same system. I have Pegasus.

I second Hill’s Gutters (D.J. Hill 352-245-7462). We just paid $1400 for gutters on an Iris.
I also second Nova (Brad 352-566-2649 Novafilters.com) prices available on their website

NOVA water filter is good and affordable. Had it in our last house and current home. Bob Novack lives in The Villages as well.

Agree on Lenhart. Top notch electricians.
Gutters - save your money they are not needed. This is not Ohio. The ground soaks up water like a sponge.

Well, the rain that falls off the back of our home hits the mulch and splashes mud/dirt into our lanai... It is also staining our driveway and soaks everything when we open the garage door when raining...
