Welcome to the Villages. We're originally from Philly, Roxborough and Manayunk but moved from Pennsburg after living in Perkiomenville for 15 yrs. We've been here for almost 3 yrs. and just love it. We belong to the Phila. club, try it it can be a lot of fun. We bought a preowned in Duval.

A big welcome and good luck in your new home. I purchased in the Village of Fernandina and live there part time. The other time I'm in Richboro in Bucks County but spent most of my life in Philly. I went to the Philly club once and they were so welcoming but I haven't had a chance to return.

We just returned from our design meeting and will be building a home in Fernandina. Whereabouts are you in that village? Back home, we're not far from Richboro, although we live in Montgomery County. We will be frogs in TV.

Sounds familiar-I'll have to check my TV map. I couldn't believe all the development south of 466 A since we were there last year.
