Welcome to the neighborhood ... We've only been here 3 years ourselves but we've used these services without any complaints ... Cable/Internet == Comcast ... just the basic service ... no contract & they have a Seasonal Convenience Plan for reduced costs while away ... Landscape/Pest Prevention/Termite Protection == Massey ... whenever I've called for minor items, they responded within a reasonable amount of time.

Check out Centurylink for your internet needs. They did have a "one price for life" promotion a few months ago. Ask if that is still available. We have DirecTV. You probably could get a good deal with them since your first starting out. I don't know if they have a seasonable plan.

I was at a class in TV just this past week and we were told that Century Link has fiber optics right up to the Savannah Center. Someone from that area said their fiber optics with Century Link is excellent. Would look into it before you decide between Century Link and Comcast.

Just moved into Largo last week. Transferred my Century Link from SWFL, and I have to say dealing with them was a MAJOR nightmare. Multiple hours on the phone. I no longer recommend them.

Weclcome to the other soon to be newbies. I checked my address on CenturyLink and “speeds up to 10 Mbps” doesn’t compare to Comcast at 100Mbps. I like the CenturyLine price for life deal and hope they get the fiber optics to my location. Thanks again for the conversation, suggestions and comments.

We have used Deans for all lawn, pest, termite, and weed control for almost 5 years. Very few complaints, and when we did it was taken care of within a day or 2, at no additional cost. I highly recommend them. We have the payments setup through the credit card with email copies of the bills and work completed.

Did you check on CenturyLink by going to their website or did you call them? If you used the website, I would give them a call. I am not sure their website is 100% accurate.
