Whit53, Hope you have a great visit in The Villages! Please post how your visit is going. Oct. 11 starts my next visit to TV -- that date can't arrive too quickly for me.

Well we are now Members of the Village community. Our new home is not the one we were expecting to purchase. Instead we are in a new home in Charlotte color me so happy!

Thank you for the welcome wishes. We are back home and missing our new home already.

Coconut mama, the deciding factor was we walked in the front door of our new home and just new it was right for us. We arrived to the Villages at 10:37 am looked at the preowned home we thought we wanted. New it just wasn't for us. We had a second choice we wanted to look at. It was the At Ease home That was it. We were signing the contract by 3. We met our neighbors. They were GREAT! We spent hours with our new friends. I can't wait to go back.
