we've been using comcast for wifi and pleased with it for the past 3+ years now...there maybe be cheaper service around, but this has been extremely reliable (which is what's most important to us)

we use Village Lawn & Home for lawn mowing/fertilizer and pest control for the past 3+ years and pleased with them (352.748.5965)

we had the Nova whole house filtration system in place for 3+ years and pleased with it (352.566.2649)...(my two cousins in TV also have NOVA)

I'm sure you'll get more suggestions and ideas...so shop around

and welcome to TV

We use xfinity which is part of Comcast and happy with it.

There are several cable companies that serve various parts of the Villages and usually no competition among them.

Hi CarrieOn,
Just curious as to what you found out concerning your questions. We will be moving in soon also. So far it looks like Comcast/Xfinity may not be available yet in the southern part of Bradford so we may be limited to Spectrum for internet/TV/phone.

Spectrum is great. We had them at our previous (winter) place in Pinellas County. Wish they were available in our current neck of the woods. Would go with them in a heartbeat.

Good luck with your move!

We are also moving to Bradford. Spectrum has much better customer service than comcast. We talked to spectrum less than a week ago and the were checking on service. Just check and it IS available at our house. Ask and they respond I grass cutter will come to you.

Took a look around Bradford recently. Very intrigued (in a good way) as to why they are allowing homeowners to put up fencing in their backyards.
