We came in 07, 09, bought in 2010 after the crazy buying frenzy. Then bought in 2012 bigger garage, then again in 2014, even bigger garage. Different area each time, moving here is easy.

Long Islander here, too, and my wife and I did the same thing as you: Checked out the Lifestyle Preview Plan (in December), loved the whole experience, and ended up buying a place in Fenney. We closed Jan. 12th and will be renting it for awhile. We're counting the days till we move down for good.

Same here. My parents are moving down there soon. Are you able to get to Brownwood by golf cart yet?

Welcome to Fenney! We purchased in October and set up our home as a rental. Four more years and we will move down permanently! Exciting times for the southern portion of TV!

Closing on our new home in Desoto on 7/2 coming down from Oswego/Fulton NY. Will start as snow birds but we have a feeling that we will soon become full time residents!!
