Default Racquetball Available?

We are hoping to move to the Villages in the next year or two and have dozens of questions. Some only established villagers can answer. My first question is are there any racquetball facilities near the villages? I mean indoors with six walls. I know there is a club but I don't know their Email address. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

I know a group of guys play outdoor - no roof Racquet ball right outside the villages, but I know of no indoor racquet ball.

Default Raquetball

I was there last March. Jane Cree, a salesperson for the Villages said that the new health club in Spanish Springs may have courts.

Default Try pickleball instead

I played racquetball in my distant past. Pickleball can be just as fun and just as fastpaced, especially if you move up thru the ranks from beginner to intermediate to advanced. Very competitive around here and you can find your level many many places.

There are no racquetball courts at MVP, the fitness center in Spanish Springs. Racquetball players do very well with pickleball, think you'll really like the game. It's just as fast, has elements of tennis in it too. Or you can also try Platform tennis, The Villages has 6 courts, lots of people learning this game too, maybe you are already familar with it. It is usually played outdoors in the winter up north, but fun to play here in any weather.

gn - I don't believe the do as they're outdoor courts. Platform tennis courts traditionally don't have ceilings, do they? I don't play but any of the courts I've ever seen just have the four side 'walls'.
