What village is the house in? The available providers don't cover the entire Villages.

we chose Spectrum Cable, voice, and internet as low as $89.95 per month for all 3 depending on what cable package you would want, there are 3 available packages. They have some really good deals available right now with no contract required and a 12 month price guarantee. I'm not sure where you are located but their office is on 301 in Wildwood and they can tell you instantly if it's available in your area

Do you really need a land line? All we get on ours is sales calls. Century link is what we use. Like the fact we can shut it down when we head North. Minimal cost.

There are a lot of taxes included in all of the providers. We started with the 125 channel package with 2 televisions at $106 including taxes then changed it to the loaded up Gold package that has everything mainly due to football season coming up and to get all the movies and it is $170.00 with 4 televisions including taxes which is lower than we were paying for basic cable via Spectrum and phone with internet via Windstream up north. So that is pretty much the range, there is also a silver package priced in the middle.

Recommend Centurylink

Reasonable pricing (call them each year and they give me latest discount deals to offset the typical annual increases). Great customer service by phone when it's needed. |

Very happy with Century Link. They seem to have their previous problem of inconsistent billing corrected. Paying 111.95 including taxes for 200 channels of hd tv, 60 bps internet and home phone with all the extras.

Do you have to be in a fiber optic area to get that plan? |

Is Century Link cable or satellite dish? Makes a difference on viewing choices if it's not cable.

We actually like Comcast, though many people do not. Since they made an effort to address customer service, believe it or not, there have been improvements. Now that I said that,we are moving down the street in a couple of weeks and will probably experience untold misery when the service is transferred. Check the latest " bundled " pricing. It is always changing.
